The Space Explorer Serial devices are For Linux/Unix only.
Have your company contact the Vendor they purchased the device from and exchange it for a USB device.

Problem is because, we purchased it from Czech Republic, and we r in Serbia (not EU)... so... it has to go throug Custom etc...
is it possible to change device with local Resellers?

Not sure Most resllers have there own policy regarding returns.
You may want to contact the European Helpdesk on Wednesday and see if they can assist you in getting the device swapped for the USB.
