3D Mouse unstable in AutoCAD

Hello,

I have a user that uses a 3D mouse, and he's experiencing that the mouse stops working when he pans around in AutoCAD - only in AutoCAD though. He says it usually works fine, but that it will suddenly just stop working.

Does it ring a bell with anyone?

Neither of us can tell which model he uses, but it's not cordless and this is the label:

your user has a SpacePilot, which was produced 10 years ago and which is out of software support since 4 years. See here.

Please ask him to contact our Technical Support Team as we will need a log file of the driver.
