Problem With Space Navigator PE in UG NX1 :(

Hello

I have a problem with Space Navigator PE in Ug NX1, after formats hard disk and intall Windos XP Home Edition, UG NX 1.0.0.21 and driver for Space Navigator 3.6.11 it don't work. Before formats all be OK. Now when I using in UG Manofacturing and edit path all be OK, but when I close path it don't work. When i used Modeling it don't work too.
Button left and right is Ok in all apllication in UG.

Can you help?

Hi Nuno,

As UG NX 1.0.0.21 is not on the All Supported Applications list I am not sure if this application is enabled for 3D mice. Have you had a special patch for 3D mice installed in the past?
Assuming that the SpaceNavigator is working with the Cube 3D demo - please reinstall 3DxSoftware, perform a custom install and activate only 3DxWare (uncheck all plug-ins / add-ons). Any changes?

SpaceNavigator is working with the Cube 3D Demo, I reinstall 3DxSoftware and activate only 3DxWare but SpaceNavigator isnot working in UG. Where can I find patch for 3D mice ?

Navigation was implemented by UGS - so if the Cube demo works and the application (NX) is enabled for 3D mice it should work.
As the demo works but NX does not I assume that the version of NX you are using is not enabled for 3D mice.

Unfortunately I do not know if NX 1.0.0.21 supports 3D mice, if 3D mice must be enabled in NX or if there is patch for NX to enable navigation. Perhaps you should contact NX support to find out if there needs something to be done in order to use your SpaceNavigator.

There could be an issue with such early versions of NX, especially on x64. ISVs don't always get 3D mouse support in the first releases.
