So I come into work today, start-up my computer, and low and behold my SpaceNavigator isn't responding. The device won't light up with the blue light, and the software isn't responding. I click "Start Driver" and nothing happens, I click on the little demos that come with it and nothing happens. Nothing 3DConnexion related is responding today.
I have restarted the computer and unplugged and plugged the USB cable back into the computer. I am using Windows XP 32-bit with the latest updates.
Anyone got any idea?
SpaceNavigator mysteriously not working today.

SpaceNavigator not being discovered by the Operating System
Dear Garren1013,
Sometimes the operating system may not discover our device in the normal plug and play manner. We have found that often times you can help the operating system by unplugging our device and then replugging directly to the computer while holding both buttons on the SpaceNavigator. Then accessing the jet demo (start, all programs, 3dconnexion, 3dconnexion 3dxware, demos) will start it off and also allow you test.
Sincerely,
Bryan

The same with spacetraveler
I have similar problems with my spacetraveler.
Sometimes it does not work. After reboot the same thing. I have to unplug and reboot most of the times to get it to work again.
With Photoshop CS3 it causes to crash the program. And with CS4 it does not work at all.
It are the latest drivers, the firmware is version 3.02. Is this because it is an older product?
Thx for the reply.
