Re: Creo issue
Hello Aerox,
can you provide some more information?
can you provide some more information?
- Which driver version did you install?
- Do you get an error from Creo? If yes, what does it say?
- Which Windows version do you have?
- Can you see in the Windows Event Manager that a program crashed? If yes, which one?
- See if you get a log file for Creo. This is usually created in the Working directory and is a file named trail.txt.*. Are there any hints about Creo not starting?

Re: Creo issue
Hello UtaSH!
I have the latest driver the 3DxWare 10, my OS is Windows 8.1.
I haven't got any error or crash messages either just simply after the ccreo parametric screen the program doesn' t start. I dont think it will be the trail file because if I uninstall the driver the creo is working again.

Hello Aerox,
please check the Windows Event Messages for any hint for the crash.
Additionally check the trail file.

Re: Creo issue
Hello Aerox,
I do not know which "week version" you have.
I had similar behaviour with PTC Creo 2.0 M140 in the past. The solution was to find "C:\ProgramData\PTC\Creo<creo_release_number>\Plugins" and there delete directory "3DxProEngineer". Then Creo runs as usual. Important is to DELETE this directory. I do not know why but any directory with any name in this place causes such behaviour. A file is not a problem. Newer Creo 2.0 releases e.g. M210 has no such issue anymore. I do not know which "week version" you have.
