Problems with spacemouse entreprise and autocad architecture

Hi,

I just got my first spacemouse and Im having some problems with it and autocad architecure 2017. My colleague also got one and everything is workning for him.

My problems in autocad are that the buttons dont work and the pivot allways centers around the same spot in the drawing. The LCD only shows text and not text + pic in autocad.

I have tried reinstalling both autocad and the drivers for the spacemouse but no improvment there.

I have revit 2018 installed and everything seems to work there.

have you installed the 3Dconnexion Add-In for AutoCAD? This gets installed when you do the default installation of the driver.

Does your colleague have the same version of AutoCAD Architecture?

Hi,

Yes the add-in is installed. I have now tried to unload and load the "3DxAutoCAD.arx" and I have the icons and the buttons are working.

But my pivot is still locked in one place on the drawing. Any suggestions?

the navigation with the 3D mouse in AutoCAD had been implemented by Autodesk. Would you please contact Autodesk's support team and check with them which settings you need to change? Once you got a solution we would appreciate if you could share it with us.
