Hello,
I´m using a Spacemouse Pro with SolidWorks 2017 (running with Windows 10). I updated SolidWorks (ServicePack 4.1) and since then I can´t use the ESC CTRL SHIFT and ALT buttons. Even if I configure it with a Solidworks command, it doesn´t work... All the other buttons work fine and are configurable. I updated the driver but it doesn´t fix this issue.
Has anybody had the same issue?
Thanks!

Hello Mathieu,
please check if removing the existing settings solves the issue. See here how to do that.

Hello,
Thanks for your answer UtaSH, I followed your instructions but it didn´t solve the issue.
I reinstalled the previous drivers (10.4.10) and it works perfectly fine! I guess the programmers will have some stuff to fix for the next driver!
Thanks,
Mathieu
