Catia V5R26 Button Mapping

Post by destes »

I searched around on the board and couldn't find anything that was current. I'm running V5R26, with a SpaceMouse Enterprise, and would like to switch the button mapping with different modules, kind of like Solid Works does. If I can do this with a macro, that's OK with me, but before I put in the effort to create some macros, I just want to make sure that I'm not missing something. I know that Catia is a bit finicky about the SpaceMouse and button mapping, I think you still have to map them in the Catia menu, correct?

Hi destes,

the buttons for Catia have to be mapped in the driver - not in Catia. Unfortunately there is no possibility for our driver to recognize in which environment you are. Therefore that functionality that you know from SolidWorks (environment recognition) is not available. :(
