Space Navigator PE - Win XP x64 - Doesn't Work Anymore

I've been using the SN PE for over a year now without encountering any problems. But the last few days it didn't work anymore. All of a sudden the driver software can't be started. And although it did work this afternoon I can't use it now.

I have already downloaded an installed the newest software.

Please help!

Dear viroxa,

Try This:

Re-plug your device directly into your computer holding down both buttons as you do so. Release the buttons after re-plugging, then access the Jet Demo.(Start, All Programs, 3Dconnexion, 3Dconnexion 3DxWare, Demos).

...until now.

SN doesn't work anymore AGAIN. And this time I can't even reset it--> Jet Demo closes itself right after having been opened.

Hi viroxa,

do you see the driver's icon in the system tray? Would another of the demos start and work?

Back then none of the demos would work, but at the moment everything's working fine again...I'm confused XD
