Space Pilot issue with Catia and enovia

Space Pilot issue with Catia and enovia
Recently purchased a space pilot and downloaded the newest drivers, but when trying to manipulate files in catia it only moves sideways in catia, and has no functions in enovia. If any one has any suggestions please advise...

does the device work in other supported 3D applications?
Did you try one of our demos?
Is the 3D mouse recognized by your operating system? See here.
Please check our knowledge base for the articles about missing navigation in Catia. Can you solve the problem with this information?

updated-
While speaking to the engineer yesterday i had him log out and i logged in under my profile opened catia and enovia and wa able to use the space pilot without issue. Had him log back in and he is now able to use it also with no issue. Not sure what it was but it all seems to be working normally now.
