3DxWare Settings Closes after a couple of seconds

If I open the settings window for the SpaceMouse, it opens for about 2 seconds then closes. "3DxSmartUi" opens in my list of apps in the Task Manager then disappears again.

I am running Windows 10 64bit and the latest 3DxWare.
Tried it without the SpaceMouse plugged in. I have not had to tinker with the settings for a while so I don't know how long this has been an issue. The SpaceMouse works as normal (in Fusion 360) but I need to alter some functionality.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

It doesn't seem likely to be a hardware problem where a return would be useful.

If you haven't upgraded in quite some time, your user files are probably too old for the latest driver to read them.
Stop the driver, copy the contents of %appdata%\3dconnexion\3DxWare\Cfg off somewhere else, delete them from %appdata%, restart the new driver.

The driver can upgrade file for only one format version at a time.
If you have a lot of saved settings you want to use, you can send them to me. I'll upgrade them for you.
