USB problem at startup

Hello Flaviosendo -

The SpacePilotPRO does not have Mac software so the OS would not be able to recognize it at startup. Parallels is not a supported environment but customers report using it successfully.

The following forum thread suggests configuring as a new USB device in Parallels.

As Barbara stated, we do not yet have officially supported SpacePilot PRO software on the Mac but we now have a beta version of 3DxWare 10 for Mac which will support your device.

More information on 3DxWare 10 if available on the 3D Mouse Anywhere web page)
