Fusion360 close zoom > rotates (pan) 180 degrees the model

Post by Ben. »

Hi

I have a new Compact spacemouse and I use Fusion360.
Unfortunately, I found some weird phenomena while using Fusion360 with my Spacemouse.
While zooming on the model - if I get close to the model, the whole model suddenly rotates (pan/yaw) by 180 degrees.
It's a bit annoying since I can continue to zoom using a regular mouse but not with my spacemouse.

Any fix for that?

I'm not entirely sure but I believe Autodesk is aware of that problem and is looking to resolve it.

It's not an Autodesk problem.
I have asked for their support and it seems the problem is related to Spacemouse drivers.
another user has this bug and I found today that a friend of mine also has this problem:

This video demonstrates the problem:

Can i get a full refund for the Spacemouse?
It's useless for me if i can't zoom in/out without making the view to flip/pan.
