Does anyone have RISA working with 3D mice?
I love using my 3D mouse on Solidworks, but I also use RISA a lot. I wanted to ask if there is already a RISA-3D mouse connection or if someone has it figured out. If not I was wondering if I can try to make a connection myself plus any pointers or guides that you may all know.

Hello Marbleton,
It does not look like RISA supports our driver, but its possible you might have some navigation if it supports a plug an play feature.
Do you have any navigation at all? Any buttons?
You can try configuring the GLOBAL XML sheet in the app data folder to see if you can get it to communicate, but any issues you have would result in completely deleting the sheet, and creating a new one in order to fix it.

Hi David,
Sorry I didn't see your reply. Right now risa supports zooming in and out, but I'd also like to have it pan and rotate.
Risa already has a .xml file called risa3dw-KMJ.xml and I was coding in that. I tried pasting in code from the Solidworks.xml file but I'm not all that familiar with it.
I'm also looking at the .sln files from the 3DxWare sample code.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
