Hi there,
I am wondering where to get the newest firmware for my SpaceMouse Wireless, SpaceMouse Pro, and the universal receiver from?
I had some issues with my SpaceMouse Wireless connecting to the Universal Receiver on my Macbook Pro M1Max and found tdxflash_v1-1-2_r19139 online via uncle Google. After the update, it worked, so maybe in all those years, something was fixed.
Now I am wondering what the most current firmware version is for the hardware mentioned above and if there is any web portal to obtain those tools?
Best wishes,
Martin

You have to start a support ticket to obtain the firmware, if possible:

Re: Newest firmware for SpaceMouse W, SpaceMouse Pro and Universal Receiver
I have this same situation where even a new, charged battery has the Space Mouse Wireless app saying that the battery is critical and 1%.
This is obviously not true. In fact, when I got the new battery, I took the old battery and put it into another device I have and it works just fine.
It charges fine and shows full.
This is a firmware issue and it's too bad that 3Dconnextion doesn't just put it on the website like other compaies do all the time with their products.
I have opened a ticket, so we'll see how good support is.

It's really strange that they don't post firmware for self updating. This is almost standard for most manufacturers today.BlondieSL wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2024 10:09 am I have this same situation where even a new, charged battery has the Space Mouse Wireless app saying that the battery is critical and 1%.
