Wheel problem

I have a problem with the wheel. Wheel skips by itself or it only works in one direction. I use Cad MousePro. I understand that a failure will happen. I'm trying to register on the website to get some help from support, but it's just not possible. Not only is it blocking my emails, but now it has blocked my access with the message "You have been locked out of this site". I can understand that something is done so that it breaks, but not after 2 months. Additionally, there are problems with registration, and access to the website is now blocked.waste of time

Great to see they use the same unfit for purpose scroll wheel on the Pro as the compact Cadmouse. 3/4 of ours have failed with the same issue.
Maybe like the blutooth connectivity in 14 years they'll do something about it.

Start RMA process to replace the CadMouse Pro Wireless with failed scroll wheel.
