How to disable from specific programs

Post by DrSpaceman »

Hi, this may be an easy one. How do I disable my space pilot from Autocad? When working between Inventor and Autocad, it is really, REALLY annoying to bump the pilot and throw my Acad drawing out of whack. Sometimes, it actually crashes Acad. I never need the device for Acad anyway, and know there HAS to be a fix for this. Any help is appreciated

Dear DrSpaceman,

You may manually start and stop our drivers.

Start

Start Driver / Stop Driver

If your running Autocad 2007-2010.
Go to appload" command in AutoCAD to unload 3dxautocad.arx

If your running Autocad 2011-2012 support was added natively turn off the navbar
If you type navbar in the search field it has options to disable or enable.

With 3DxWare 10, you can disable all the axes quite easily in the AutoCAD profile.
