Windows Photo App closes when using mouse

We do have a few computers with the following problem:

When you open a picture and minimize, maximize, go to the next picture, etc. the photo app closes itself.

It looks like it has something to do with the 3dConnexion driver/software because we only see this behaviour on pc's with this mouse software installed.
When you unplug the mouse from the USB port and use another 'standard' USB-mouse there is no problem at all.

Software:
3DxWare 10.8.20
Windows 11Pro 23H2 (Build 22631.3737)

Windows driver 10.8.21 fixed Photos app crash but its SiFocusHook.dll still crashes at least WingetUI and Microsoft Dev Home (Preview) apps on the same Microsoft.UI.input.dll
Had to uninstall the driver again. Let's see if 10.8.22 fixes it all.

Report the bug to 3Dconnexion, tell them how to repeat the steps to trigger the crash.
