Student discount not working

Hello, I can't activate my student discount I received in email, the cart says "it doesn't exist".
Are there any additional verification steps? It's been a couple of days.

And received the following in email:
"The important thing here is that the code is requested in the same webshop in which it is to be redeemed."

I might have mixed the international stores.
The coupon worked.
