Fourth movement isn't working in Solidworks

Hello, I bought a second hand space mouse pro wireless and I confirmed the movement was working before I bought it and used it on my own windows machine. When attempting to move an item in Solidworks, most movements work correctly but one. I will attach an image highlighting the one that doesn't work at all. What I have attempted is reinstall the driver, unplugged the usb receiver, and reset to default. Any other ideas I can try to fix this, thank you.

Which driver version do you use and which version of SolidWorks?

I am using the 2023 student version of Solidworks and on the latest driver 10.9.0, or whatever the latest is. I tried reverting to an old driver and still no success.This mouse was previously working on the student verion.

Update: I ended up opening it up and unplugging all cables and blew it out with canned air. To my surprise this worked and is now working perfectly. If the problem comes back I will post again.
