Hello randomjoe
Thankyou for the post.

We are aware of that and we will work to add support for this version on Cinema 4D.

It's so sad, almost every plugin for C4D ist working from day one of a new version release. Only thing that is missing, is a running 3DConnexion device
Hope for a new driver soon!!

It is completely incomprehensible that two German companies cannot coordinate to such an extent that essential components work together. Other plug-in manufacturers manage this within a day of releasing the new version

I have a CADmouse that doesn't scroll correctly in Cinema 4D 2025. Whenever I scroll (fast scroll/smart scroll) the 3d object moves out of view either up or down.
I also own a spacemouse pro wireless (micro USB edition) that doesn't work at all with Cinema 4D 2025. However, it works well with Cinema 4D 2024.5
I hope your company can solve these problems ASAP.
thanks

Before there's an updated plug-in for Cinema 4D v2025, why not run the supported v2024 in in conjunction with the current version 3DxWare?
Is there any specific feature or functionality that you cant' get out of v2024? If the most latest version is a must in your workflow, you can put the 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse aside and still get your work done. If work/job is important for you and 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse is indispensable as part of your workflow, you can stick to Cinema 4D v2024 for the time being now, no hurry to upgrade the Cinema 4D. For the production environment, I usually make the driver or software major version upgrade slow to stabilise the workflow and keep the software, driver, hardware compatible.

That is what I have been doing so far. But that’s my choice to make and a space mouse is my preferred way to navigate in c4d so I’m waiting for now for driver support before I dive into the new version. I always hope that 3dc would have beta access to test and develope and update that would. Be ready at launch.

Bear in mind that 3Dconnexion is a small company, with limited human resources.
