Hello,
could someone from your company help me with my order?

I placed an order on your UK website on 06.09.24, Order Number 3DOUK106104, and the order is still in "Processing" status.

I contacted general customer support but haven't received any response yet. I also spoke to one of your UK staff members by phone, but they couldn’t provide any information about my paid order.

I really need help because my work depends a lot on your equipment. I’m starting to worry if anyone is actually handling orders from your website. Should I have bought this mouse on Amazon instead?

I would really appreciate your help, as I would either like to cancel the order and get a refund, or receive information about the shipping.
Please, help me with this situation.
