Hi, I have some ploblems with the spacemouse enterprise and the scolling wheel of the cad mouse, looking in this forum i found a link from the assistance crew that point to the flash utitlity 3DxFlash_v2-15-0_r20475.exe.

Running the tool I found that 3 of my devices was not updated to the firmware that come with the flash utility, but the 3dxware software do not notice me that a firware update was aviable.

So my question is what are the latest firmware versions of 3d connection products since 3dxware seams to not automatically check, is possible to have the link of the latest 3DsFlash utility ?

Unfortunately, 3Dconnexion's 3dxware software doesn't always notify users of firmware updates. To find the latest firmware, check the official 3Dconnexion website, where you can find firmware release notes and download links for the 3DsFlash utility. For the latest version of 3DsFlash, download it from 3Dconnexion's official page to ensure you have the most current software for your device.

The Windows driver includes a firmware update feature. If necessary, the driver will prompt the user to update the device firmware.

The firmware update tool (3DxFlash) is a tool for internal use at 3Dconnexion but may be shared with customers on a case-by-case basis if a driver update is not yet available, for example.

Meanwhile the Enterprise went back to the PC.
But before that the PC was upgraded to 24H2 and all drivers updated.

When I finally plugged in the Enterprise to the PC a few days later,
I was not asked about a firmware update needed.
Is there something to push a firmware check and update or will it
just happen with a next driver update ?

Maybe that is already the latest Firmware (?)
