Spacemouse Wireless, No device found, Windows 11 pro

Hello,

I have recently begun a new job and have been attempting to connect my spacemouse wireless (Part number: 3dx-600044) to the company's system. I have downloaded the latest 3dconnexion home (10.9.1).

However, my system states "no device found" when I select "Settings" from the 3dconnexion home software. Furthermore, it does not appear in the windows device manager. I have had my companies IT dept. assist me with this to no avail. any insights?

NOTE: The mouse works perfectly at my home system (windows 10)

This might be connected with some access restrictions on in your company.

Feeling silly; issue ended up being a faulty USB cable. Strange as it worked well at home. But I brought in a new cable form home and it immediately worked.
