CADMouse Pro Wireless will not connect via bluetooth

Any ideas? I know I am doing everything correctly. I even went to our IT department and asked them if they could connect it... they did the same thing I did with no luck... it does not show up in the list of discoverable devices. I can connect it via the USB receiver, but do not want to do that - I want to connect via bluetooth. All help, appreciated!

Please check in your BT device settings if the Bluetooth devices discover is set to "Advanced"
