Seeking Product Suggestions
I am seeking wisdom in regard to which product to choose for my current situation. I am running three programs AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks all on the same system. I was thinking the spacemouse would be a good choice, but I would like to get some input from others that might have other suggestions or their experience with a particular product across multiple programs.
Re: Seeking Product Suggestions
I have the SpaceMouse Wireless and the CAD Mouse Pro Wireless. I'm currently running PTC CREO and SolidWorks on the same system. The combination is great. Button for either device can be customized not only for CAD software, but almost any software you use.
I would highly recommend the CAD Mouse pro wireless regardless of what else you get. As for the SpaceMouse, it really depends on your needs. I've been using the SpaceMouse Wireless for some time, but my needs are changing. I would love the SpaceMouse Enterprise, but haven't purchased it yet because it uses a USB connection. My current configuration is all BlueTooth and I prefer not to go back to wired connections if I can avoid it.

USB? In 2025? This sounds like a step backwardsMaxS71 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2025 7:33 am I have the SpaceMouse Wireless and the CAD Mouse Pro Wireless. Re: Seeking Product Suggestions
If you primarily focus on 3D modeling and CAD applications, the SpaceMouse is an excellent choice. However, if you need a more versatile device for general use, consider the Logitech MX Master or a Wacom tablet, depending on your specific needs.
