This device used to work fine with my Win11 desktop system. At tUShat time I had it connected via USB and it worked fine. Now I am traveling and trying to connect it to my Win11 laptop. The device is not recognized when I plug in via USB. In "3D Connexion Home" in the "Settings" tab it says "no device found". I then tried to connect via Bluetooth (I don't have the universal reciever with me). The device does not go into pairing mode when I first turn it on as described in the manual. It just lights up solid blue and I never see it trying to connect on Windows. There is also something wrong with my 3D Connection Home as it cannot find the manuals - I had to download that PDF directly from 3D Connexion.
Do I have some configuration issue or is there some way to force the device into pairing mode or is it physically broken? How can I tell. I have sent off a couple of requests for support to 3DConnexion, but no answer in a couple of days.
Does anyone have an idea what I should try?

I have the same issues with Spacemouse Pro and CadMouse under windows 11, all prior and new drivers don’t working in Solid Edge Premium. Lost a lot of time to keep 3DCONNEXION software matching the 3DCONNEXION hardware?
These investments are waste of money? Are there alternatives other than 3DCONNEXION devices?
By the way, the Spacemouse Pro soft (rubber?) surface started to meld down. Quality Control & Quality Assurance are not communicating with this forum?

Is the device directly connected to an USB port and does the ring LED under the cap light up blue?
