Fresh Windows11 installation, drivers/software not working, Ordinal 84 not located

Hello,
I'm looking for help with my spacepilot pro - it was working fine on windows 10, but I had to reinstall my operating system, and now it doesnt start.
After driver installation, an error window pops out, content of it here:

The ordinal 84 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\3DxWinCore\3DxService.exe.

After pressing "OK", nothing of course happens.
I've tried running the 3DxService with elevated permissions (Run as administrator), clear uninstall and install - doesnt work.
I'm sure device works fine, I've re-plugged it to windows 10 machine and it was working alright, so Im sure its software problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
