Bluetooth cnx lost after reboot (Spacemouse BT Edition)

Post by SergeB »

>> Spacemouse Wireless Bluetooth Edition works properly until Mac is shutdown or rebooted

After MacOS startup (or reboot)
1. In the bluetooth devices list, SpaceMouse Wireless BT is shown not connected . The only option is "Forget device"
2. In the available "Nearby Devices" list, there's a "SpaceMouse" device (but it's NOT clickable)
3. The status led is slowly pulsating blue, once every 4 seconds

Workaround
1. In the BT device list, I select "SpaceMouse Wireless BT" then click "Forget Device"
2. Then the "SpaceMouse" item in the "Nearby Devices" list becomes clickable (with a "Connect" button)
3. Clicking the "Connect" button, the device name changes to "SpaceMouse Wireless BT" and appears again in the connected BT device list
3. Everything is working properly from now on, until next time I reboot the Mac
4. Everytime I restart my mac, I have to Forget Device and reconnect again

What I tried
1. Unistall and reinstall up-to-date drivers and companion software
