Order 3DOUS116759 still "processing" 7 days later?

Hi, I made my order for a SpaceMouse Pro 7 days ago and as at date of posting this, my order is still "processing" state. I haven't gotten any reply from directly contacting them via email and I'm frankly worried .

Can someone please help me understand what's going on?
