Space Pilot Pro buttons

Post by martinb »

Hi Guys,

after updating to Windows 11 on my computer i ran into the problem with response on my Space Pilot Pro buttons.

It looks like the mouse time out after not using it for a few seconds. I have to press any button once to "active the mouse" and the second time to get the response. Doesn't matter which button. And after that it works like normally until I don't use it and it time out again.

I'm running on 10.7.4 version because of the LCD issues on newer software. I've tried to install the newest version but it didn't help.

also completelly uninstalling and installing again didn't help

any idea what could cause it? maybe any setting in the windows?

sorry for a late answer.
Unfortunally it's not possible to downgrade to Windows 10 as it's a company computer

Then request your employer to upgrade the hardware, upgrade the SpoacePilot Pro to SpaceMouse Pro or SpaceMouse Enterprise.

We recommend purchasing a new SpaceMouse Enterprise from the official webshop.
