Does anyone know if there is a way to get a confirmation/status for an order (Order number 122973)? I have emailed [email protected] and submitted a support ticket, but no response from anyone for a week now. It's been 10 days since I ordered and it's unclear if the order even exists. I got an email when I ordered, but if I'm logged in no order appears in my account. If not logged in and I click the email link, it just shows processing.
What is the deal with support from this company? You can't seem to get a response from anyone.

I hope they do exist. My order has been stuck at "processing" since 12/1. I too have reached out to customer support and haven't heard a peep.

My order from 11/27 is still processing. I emailed the ordering department ([email protected]) and got no response. I also reached out to tehcnical support and was referred to the ordering department.... They could just be really backordered after black friday?
