Order Still "Processing"
I ordered a Spacemouse Enterprise on Jan. 27th with the assumption it would be delivered by the end of the next week. I scheduled a presentation with all 17 people in our drafting department in an attempt to guage interest in placing an order for the entire department. After coming to the forums it is abundantly clear that orders are not being shipped anywhere near the delivery date. I'd really like some reassurance that the delivery window is still correct and my order (that's still "processing"), will be here tomorrow as it's the final day of the delivery window. I've called Trish and left a message today and yesterday. I don't have an answer to when Order# 126138 will be shipped or delivered. I called support but I just got to listen to elevator music for an hour with no answer. The voicemail still has a COVID message from 5 years ago. If this goes unanswered I'm just going to assume it's a scam and report the charge as fraudulent.
