SpaceNavigator calibration?(troubles with arbitrarily moves)

Hi,
I have used SpaceNavigator in my work in Pro/Engineer wf4 m233. all works very well. few days ago our company updated windchill and PLM software and beginning to recognize troubles. Models moves/rotates automaticly = arbitrarily. Without touching a Navigator.

Sure, I updated drivers of navigator, reinstalled. Last what I did I took navigator at home and tested with my personal PC.
Navigator has worked correctly with my personal PC but with PC in work there are a troubles with arbitrarily moves of model.

With IT we tried to find what updates ot what software could be a cause of the troubles.

Do you have anyone experience of that? or any proposals?

Hi Boocheck,

please start the Viewer (from 3D Mouse Home) when you experience erratic moevement in ProE. I would like to know if the erratic movement is in other applications, too or if this is specific to ProE.

it seems , 3Dconnexion Viewer works correctly and 3Dconnexion trainer as well.

Anyway, I have to say that 3Dconnexion trainer works correctly today but yesterday I had a problem. On bookmark "TILT" X-axis rotation - 3d model rotated instantlly.

In ProE, in 3D environment sometimes model moves away and zoom out, in 2D environment, drw moves away.

without windchill. Unfortunately, I have to say when PC and CPU is in maximum I can recognize a troubles control of 3Dnavigator and with wireless Mouse as well.

Damn it I have to reinstall my PC and I hope that it will be ok.
