Cap Rotate will not change Brush Size In Photoshop

I have a Spacepilot Pro, and I am using the latest version of 3DXWARE 10 and have the current CC version of Photoshop. I have a shortcut assigned to 3Dconnexion in Photoshop as required. Does anybody know how to get the cap rotation to change the brush size? Can't seem to find any clear instructions on how to get this to work. I have seen that supposedly this happens automatically; NO it doesn't!

I have that same problem too!

Is there fix for that? This one thing was the main reason for buying this device and, now it is not working! HELP!
