Spacenavigator button problem

Hi,

I have key short cuts assigned to the two button on my Spacenavigator and they're recently stopped working, I know the buttons work fine as if I assign Spacenavigator properties to one that works ok.

I've just spotted the following:

If this why I'm having trouble and any idea how to fix it?
