Been using Space Pilots for years and want to know if they work with the free version of SolidEdge 2d drafting software? So far I can't get it to work, and there is no Add-In functionality that I can see anywhere in the free version. On the full package it works fine.

Thanks for the response. Not quite what I am looking for. On SolidWorks there used to be a 3dconnection toolbar where you could select a point on any object and it would pivot around that point. Without it, it's quite cumbersome to move around.

Where did the 3dconnection toolbar go to in Solidworks? Used to be able to click on any point in a part and set it to rotate about that point. Can't seem to do that anymore?

Any suggestions?

Just be sure I completely uninstalled the driver, downloaded and installed again. That seemed to fix it. Perhaps I didn't have the latest driver installed as I thought, which I updated earlier using the update driver function.

Using the SpaceMouse Pro with the latest driver on a fully updated SolidWorks 2015. Never had any issues prior to upgrading to SW 2015, but now it won't remember the button assignments. I can configure it fine, but when the program is exited and re-started all the button assignments no longer work. ...
