Hi torniaccio, the pathes at the registry for the 3DxViewer are not consistent. There are two different pathes to shimgxx.dll. Please let me know the path or pathes (when shimgxx.dll is located more then once at your folder tree) of shimgxx.dll. The registry entries are telling me following folders:...

Hi Roberto, as workaround you can try to launch 3DxViewer by commandline. Open a Dos Terminal and go to the installation folder of 3DConnexion Viewer (default: C:\program files\3Dconnexion\3Dconnexion Picture Viewer\).
