I have same problem. Its really annoying. It's been talked about here for a long time. I don't understand how they haven't done it yet.

It moves very smoothly when using Zbrush's own navigation. But with the spacemouse it moves uncomfortably as if it skips frames.

unreal editor has started to crash a lot since I installed the device.

still the same problem.
when using camera, i can't take render the last camera position. i have to shake the mouse. and also in camera view mode, when it starts to move, the pivot of the object disappears.

just realized now,

when if start to move, pivot disappears then i have to choose object or objects again.
