There exists the report number TS-695 since March 2025 !!
Will this ever get fixed or will we get access to the plugin source code finally?

They could make things much easier for themselves by publishing the source code for the 3dsmax plugin. Then experienced 3dsmax developers would be able so solve all these issues - esp. when AD changes SDK from time to time - even very early, in the beta-phase of the next Max-version. 3dx business is...

Can someone plz give me an anwer on this:
What does the statement "The navigation of Helper Objects isn't enabled" mean?
How can it be enabled?

I know - sometimes it seems to work.
But save/load/clone/scripting could stop it working.
The answer I reveived was, that CoR cannot work, since a helper does not hold geometrical information for calculating a volume.
The .max file, which I sent a while ago to the support, is still not working..

Besides this "bug", if you select a helper object - without any geometrical data - the snap does also not work! I reported this >6 months ago and it was already logged as a defect - but nothing happened until today. Maybe this defect is related to the vertex selection defect - as a vertex ...

Will it ever work with helper-objects? We reported this bug > 6 months ago! No solution yet ?!

What I have to assign to execute a "Zoom Extents Selected" ?
None of the assignments work..

It would be helpful, if we could fix the selection problem in your .gup code ourselves - we have 3ds max low level developers!
Or put some extra debugs in your selection notification handler.

There is no V10.9.0 in the archive - I found only 10.8.9

As this is from Y2022, it will for sure not support Max2024..

If the user is not using (or switchin off) the 6D mouse, the error never happens. So it is related to the action, the 3dx plugin is doing, when the viewport gets accessed from the plugin. This does also not change, when we turn off the painting of the little focus cross in the viewport. Max2024 late...

There is no exception log entry in the Windows Event Viewer.
3ds Max says that 'maxutil.dll' crashed.
