My CADMOUSE COMPACT WIRELESS automatically connects via Bluetooth when I plug in the MicroUSB cable, and the 3DConnexion software does not recognize that it is connected via cable. This makes it impossible to update the device's firmware through the software.
Even though the software detects that an update is available, it does not recognize that the device is connected via cable because the Bluetooth or the 2.4GHz connector automatically connects as soon as I plug the cable into the mouse. I don’t know what to do to update it, as it doesn’t work on either WINDOWS or MAC.
Thanks in advance

Re: Cable micro USB in CADMOUSE WIRELESS COMPACT can't update the firmware
Hi supereriso
I would recommend delete the CADMOUSE COMPACT WIRELESS from your Bluetoooth settings (forget it etc.), connect the mouse via cable to PC and perform the update.
Can you check what firmware version you have currently on your mouse?
You can do it, by clicking Settings in 3DxHome application, clicking on "more" menu and selecting about.
In the bottom section you will find information about FW version of you mouse.
