Import/Export Settings

Is there any progress with the export/import settings functionality?
Every few months I lose my button settings (software update? 3D, SolidEdge, Windows?) and have to reset them from scratch on my CadMouse and SpaceMouse Pro - both wired. I work with Solid Edge. I do save the settings, but most of the time the import doesn't work or it works only partially.

Could the fix be accelerated? Is there any workaround?

It's never been properly resolved and it has got progressively worse since Windows 11. Support has been extremely poor.

Which driver version do you use?
By the button settings you mean button assignments?
What do you mean that it works only partially?
What 3Dconnexion device do you use?
