Hi. Since loading windows 11 my Enterpise LCD screen has not been updating when I switch from app to app.Some of the buttons dont want to function in some apps. I have updated the driver. And I have 2 Entrprises 1 at work and 1 at home and they both behaving badly so I dont think its a harware issue. Thanks Eddy.

What's the 3DxWare driver version number in your Windows 11 operating system?

I see there was another later driver but it hasnt helped. Ill try the support clowns.

I have a slight malfunction with the Spacemouse Enterprise display on Windows 11 that might be related.

It shows the "welcome screen" so to speak, the blue screen with words, but no application specific displays. The buttons are working alright, application specific. Just the display stays at the "welcome screen". Until maybe an hour later, it suddenly starts to work as normal. Not always, but most of the time.

This behavior was gradually building up the more software was installed on the computer. At first, with a fresh Windows 11 installation, the display worked flawlessly, showing the welcome screen and immediately after that, showed the application specific text fields.

It is not really a problem for me. I know the buttons' functions for my most used applications by heart. This 30-90 minute lag is a sign that the driver is not working properly. Maybe there is a Windows setting to set priority to the 3dx service?

This Windows 11 system of mine is running a lot of services. Dozens of virtual MIDI ports. Quite possible that this not very common system is the cause of the driver's/display's lag.

In cases where I need the display text fields without delay, there's a quick solution: unplug and re-plug the device. It will re-connect, show the welcome screen, and immediately after, the text fields.

Driver is up to date, and the device is directly connected to the computer, without hub.

I also had prolonged time with the blue welcome screen.
All issues have gone now :D I had the latest spacemouse driver I updated my nviad graphics driver (no imporvement) then reloaded the Enterprise driver and all sorted out.
I seems to be working across all applications now.The squence of graphics driver first then spacemouse driver seems to matter.

Just to follow up, if you are using Windows 11 OS there are quite a few indications if the SpaceMouse Enterprise displays the splash screen only.

Here at Tech Support we solved the issue for clients which is usually caused by, USB ports and their power, Device security settings on Windows, sometimes user permissions. If this really should be due to the 3Dconnexion hardware or software then we'd generate a diagnostic file. We're happy to help.

Unfortunatly the nvida drive first andthen the 3dconnexion drive fix did not last seem to have deteriarated back to not updating.
Feels like windows 11 and 3d connexion are not talking nicely.
