Sometimes I've got the problem that not al direction function proper. When I push the knob to right/front the model does hardly move.
I checked the settings in 3d ware and nothing is checked out. No movement is locked.
I've installed version3.6.8.
I noticed the same probs in for example google earth
Try rezeroing the device
close all apps
open the 3dcontrol panel
click on calibrate
You may need to increase the overal speed.
Increese it a couple notches.
Click on ok
Open a application and test it out.
