Driver not loading on Win7 x64

Driver not loading on Win7 x64 after clean install.
when USB cable connected the blue light is on.

The most likely reason is an anti-virus programming blocking the driver from loading the dll. See if you can add the driver executable (3dxsrv.exe) to the exception list or similar feature.

Please let us know what you find and what anti-virus program you have installed.
