my mouse space navigator, works alone.
the driver is already updated.

Hello Victor Santos,

if you see a drifting with your 3D mouse you need to calibrate it. You can easily calibrate it by right-clicking to the 3Dconnexion icon in the system tray and the selecting “Calibrate”. You will be asked “not to touch the cap while LEDs are blinking”. Confirm and wait until the process is finished (just a few seconds). Another window will inform you that the calibration is finished.

If this doesn't help or if you have to calibrate the device more than once a day it might be faulty. Then please address this issue with our First Level Technical Support Team. You can contact them here.

What is your driver version? Click "About" under the "Buttons" button.

The option "Calibrate" can be accessed by right clicking the 3Dconnexion icon in the system tray. See this screenshot for explanation:
