3DxWare software creates settings files all over the place

I'm using PTC Pro Engineer Wildfire 4.0 and the 3DxWare software is creating XML configuration files with weird filenames in *all* of the working directories of Pro Engineer. For example:

끰ങ
虐ങ

The content of these files is the same every time:

The version of 3DxWare is 10.4.9. Can this be fixed?

what language is your Windows and what language is your ProENGINEER Wildfire?

Our driver is not writing the XML files to any folder of ProENGINEER. I assume that these files were created by Wildfire directly. Can you translate the file names?

we have the same problem with Creo 2.0.
Is there any solution??
We use english Windows & Creo.
The filenames are completely random, see picture.
