After 4 years I finally upgraded the driver for my Spacemouse Pro to play nice with Windows 10 and My Autodesk 2014 products for AutoCAD and Inventor. UGH! While AutoCAD is a lot more reliable (it doesn't freeze up), I can't map the buttons to anything I need to work.
I have 2 main requests. Be able to take a measurement and zoom to fit. I can't make either of them work. And all the other rotation buttons don't do their job either. What's the solution here? Can't be the only one with this problem.

Hi Scott,
The navigation for Inventor is native to the application, but the Add-In is necessary for the buttons to function properly. The Add-In can be found by opening a file and selecting the Add-Ins button found on the Environments tab in the ribbon. The 3DxInventor Add-In must be loaded, and it is recommended to be loaded automatically.

OK, now that I know what I'm looking for, I can see I didn't have it. Hope this helps someone else. I had to reinstall the same driver, then that listed in my add-ons. First load of a new command is awefully slow and had to reload the object I was working with and now it seems ok. Thank you.

And Reinstalling the driver broke my AutoCAD installation. FATAL ERROR every time I try and run. Freakin wonderful.
