Problem with Photoshop CS3 and 3DxSoftware v3.5.6

Hello.
First of all sorry for my bad english.

I've been a very satisfied user of SpaceNavigator SE for an year now. I've mostly used it with Google Earth until I started learning Photoshop.

I installed the plugin, found it really USEFUL and even found a way around brush size adjustement and different keyboard layouts. I use italian Photoshop and an english layout for evry program (I'm used to it since my first IT years). The solution has simply be to change shortcuts for brush size from ò and à to [ and ]. They have even been more easy to reach by keyboard!

All was OK up to with 3SxSoftware 3.4.2, then one day I jumped here and decided to download version 3.5.6.
I've got two big problems:
1) brush size adjustment didn't work anymore

2) (even worse) each and every time I started Photoshop I got a requester telling me that no key shortcut was associated with 3DxPhotoshop and how to do it. No matter how much time I tried (using eg f11), at every start of Photoshop I got that requester.

At the end I had to uninstall 3.5.6 and back to 3.4.2.

It should be noted that I use a customized Photoshop keyboard shortcut setting, with different keys for brush resize (as mentioned) and Undo.

Is this a bug? Is there any solution?

I know but my problem is that the requester is showed each time I start Photoshop, even after setting that key.

Please note that I haven't installed Photoshop in the "standard" folder but in a different partition (d:\adobe\ instead of c:\programmi\adobe\). Maybe could be this the problem?

Can you please run Regedit and check the entry for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Photoshop\10.0\SettingsFilePath

What is the directory folder listed there?
Do you see a "Keyboard Shortcuts.psp" file in the above directory?
Finally, is there a directory called C:\Documents and Settings\{your user name}\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Adobe Photoshop CS3 Settings with the same Keyboard Shortcuts.psp file in it?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Photoshop\10.0\SettingsFilePath key contains this value:
C:\Documents and Settings\yakko\Dati applicazioni\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Adobe Photoshop CS3 Settings\

There is a shortcuts file there but its name is localized in italian and it is "Scelte rapide da tastiera.psp"

I've gone ahead and checked the registry to see if there is some place where you can find the localized name for Photoshop's shortcuts. No luck, so i suppose you'll have to ask Adobe how to go around their not really wise decision to localize default settings file names.

I suppose that the problem I've found is common for other non-english users.

As a workaround, you can make a copy of "Scelte rapide da tastiera.psp" and call it "Keyboard Shortcuts.psp". Put it in the same location C:\Documents and Settings\yakko\Dati applicazioni\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Adobe Photoshop CS3 Settings\
