CAN NOT RUN RADIAL MENUS
Hi,
I can not activate any radial menu on inventor 2017. therefore I can not activate on windows or on any other programs.
buttons are working properly. I can assign commands to buttons and run them without any problem. but when I try to assign radial menu (even stock radial menus) nothing happens.
thanks in advance

Re: CAN NOT RUN RADIAL MENUS
Hi kylmeria,
would you please try if removing the existing settings as described here solves the issue?
Are you experiencing this in all programs or just with Inventor 2017?
Which driver version is installed? If it is not 3DxWare 10.4.10 - our latest driver - please install the latest version which you can get from this site.

Re: CAN NOT RUN RADIAL MENUS
Thanks for replying UtaSH, before opening this topic;
I've already done the cleaning up by reading another topic on forum.
I've also downloaded and installed 10.4.10 drivers.
I could not solve the problem.
I am having this problem on every program even on windows desktop.
I can not open any radial menu. buttons work on single commands but can not open radial menus.
as you can see the desktop config when I click left button properties open but on right click nothing happens.

Re: CAN NOT RUN RADIAL MENUS
The screenshot doesn't show if you mapped the radial menu to one of the buttons.... Please try it with something different than the Desktop.

Re: CAN NOT RUN RADIAL MENUS
Mine is not working either. I tried everything. Different computers, different drivers, new windows setup with format, button mappings but none worked.
I'm using windows 10 pro. Radial menu doesn't visible.

Re: CAN NOT RUN RADIAL MENUS
Hi all,
the interesting thing is that all users who report problems with the radial menu so far are from Turkey.
We need to look into this. I will contact you by email to collect more information.

Re: CAN NOT RUN RADIAL MENUS
Hi, we're using Inventor 2017 and mine doesn't work aswell. The pre-set RM's are not usable on the Spacemouse.
The actions I took so far;
Updated the driver 3DxWare to the latest version 10.4.10. Removed the existing settings and tried several other applications. Everything else works (assigning the buttons to simple commands; fit, propersties, etc.), but not able to get the RM working in Inventor. Not in a drawing, a part or an assembly.
Normally with problems in Inventor, we contact our reseller. But for this problem I first searched the forum to see if there are any other users with the same problem.
We're based in the Netherlands.
Grtz,
Robin

Re: CAN NOT RUN RADIAL MENUS
Hello Evodos_Robin,
the issue that the other users were reporting is explicitly bound to using Turkish as the system language. You are located in Netherlands. Are you using a Dutch (or English) Windows or do you have language specific settings for another language?
Are you seeing the Radial Menus but they are empty? Or do they not show up at all? Or is it something different?

I got a note from our development. They have found the issue and a fix will be available in our next driver release. The reason is related to Turkish as system language. The only workaround I can suggest at the moment is to change the system language to English for the time being.

Re: CAN NOT RUN RADIAL MENUS
I'm using 3DsMax and after making a radial menu with 3DsMax tools from the plugin 'RappaTools' I get this error message. None of the radial menu's work anymore.
I tried the following:
- Updated the driver from 10.7.3 > 10.8.5 (latest at the moment)
- Reset to factory settings
- Re-installed the whole 3DConnexxion program.
None of the above works for now. I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,
